How To Get Wallpaper On Psp?

Well, first you must have new-ish firmware (at least 3.0, I believe), then just go to the 'Settings' icon on your PSP (it's on the far left side), then scroll to 'Theme Settings', and look for 'Wallpaper Settings', and set the background to 'Wallpaper', go to your 'Photos' section, choose the picture you want (or download one, they're all over), press the X button to display it, press the triangle button to bring up options, and choose the icon that says 'Set as Wallpaper'... And yer golden.
