    Mental health has been defined by Merriam-Webster as "A state of moving and psychosomatic well-being in which a human being is talented to use his or her cognitive and affecting capabilities, meaning in society, and congregate the normal demands of day after day life."

    However according to various other sources mental health depends on various factors around us, namely, Cultural differences, subjective assessments, and competing professional theories, etc.

    However, the World Health Organisation has defined mental illness as "Mental health has been definite variously by scholars from diverse cultures. Concepts of mental health also comprise biased well-being, professed self-efficacy, self-sufficiency, capability, inter-generational confidence, and self-actualization of one's intellectual and emotional possible, among others. From a cross-cultural viewpoint, it is nearly not possible to describe mental health lengthily. It is, though sometimes used as a broader meaning, and professionals usually agree that mental health is broader than a lack of psychological disorders."
