    Right Shares refer to the kind of shares that are offered by a company to the existing shareholders. In this condition, the existing shareholders are given the first right to subscribe to the new shares offered by the company. On the other hand, Seasonal Shares are the kind of shares that are offered for a limited time period keeping in view the market condition and the capital requirements of the company.
