What Should I Charge A Builder To Do Interior Design?
I'm going to work with a new home builder for custom homes picking out the interior items. I need to do a proposal for each home, showing a flat fee for the house & a break down for each thing ex. lighting, kitchen/baths, tile, paint selections ect.. I'm not sure how to price this?

It all depends upon the scope of the project and designers work i.e. the tools and techniques he uses to fulfill your needs.
