Weed has nothing to do with how fast your hair grows. But if you are trying to pass a hair follicle test, there are shampoos you can use and some products you can take by mouth.

Give it a month... I don't agree with the responder who said weed doesn't affect your hair because it does for me. Don't try to argue with a pothead - I also know that.
When I smoke my hair just doesn't cooperate.. I can't comb it straight.. It wants to be wavy in some parts and frizzy in another.. I hate it. I actually only quit smoking just because of what it was doing to my hair. This isn't all in my head either; other people would comment on it (especially after I quit for a week or two I would start getting compliments again).
What I've noticed is that my hair gets oily when I smoke, and for some people this is no big deal, but for some of us who have a susceptibility for losing hair, it makes the DHT excretion even more than it normally would be. DHT excretion on the scalp is a leading theory for hair loss, which is why medicines like Propecia (Finasteride) work, because they inhibit testosterone from even turning into DHT (dihydrotestosterone).
Just my thoughts.. Take it or leave it.
