Who Is Randolph W. Westerfield?

              Professor Randolph W. Westerfield is the name of the dean of the Marshall School of Business, which is located on a campus of the University of Southern California.

              Westerfield is also the holder of the Robert R. Dockson chair of the dean of the department of business administration. For a period of five years that is between the year 1988 and the year 1993, Professor Westerfield held the post of the chairman of the departments of finance and business and economics and the Charles B. Thornton professor of finance at the school.

              He came to the University of Southern California from the prestigious Wharton School, which is located on the university of Pennsylvania campus. He chaired the department of finance and was a member of the faculty of finance at Wharton for about two decades.
