I don't think people have the right to tell others (especially in america) how to live their lives as long as they are within the range of the law.  And beyond that I think some laws should be ratified to allow all people their individual rights.  I am a christian and I am not of the opinion that God placed us here to be hall monitors of other peoples actions. What you do is between you and God.  Also, as a Christian, Christ never treated people like they didn't matter. No matter who they were, he extended love to ALL people.  That is the only reason that I call myself a christian, is because the amount of grace and mercy that Jesus had for others cannot compare to the way the rest of us treat each other. With that said, I don't think that the church should get so up in arms over gay rights.  God is the judge of everyone, not me.

I believe that marriages should be a union that demonstrates the love that two people have for each other for the public to see (not that they need to prove it to anyone but themselves), so I feel like sexual preferences, religion, politics and everything else doesn't matter - only LOVE does.
