How Do I Make Pizza Dough Like The Pizzerias Do?
I would like to make a really good pizza dough that doesn't taste just like bread that has been flattened. I want the crusty outside Andy chewy bubbly texture that you find in really good restaurants.

All pizza dough is water, flour, salt & yeast. I don't know the exact measurements-but what's important, is the dough needs to be kneaded. It's easier to get the pizza dough in the supermarket.
