Takes close to 8 days before you begin to feel normal after that each day you get better take my advice try not to use again if it is a problem get help join a drug treatment clinic

As far as heroin in the system, you'll be clean within a week after daily use. Physical withdrawal symptoms will last much longer though. You're looking at weeks or months.. Not days.
