What Should I Do For A Work Placement?

Answer Question

2 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

When looking for a work placement you must make sure that you have easy transport to get to it, and you have all the relevant facts.  Then look for a work placment in the field you want, so if you like animals then perhaps at a vets or if you like cars, perhaps a garage etc.  When applying for a work placment look for more than one, once you have done that, ring them or go in personally to ask if they would be interested in having you as a work place student.  You may be asked to write up a CV or have an interview. good luck

Also make sure it's somewhere that you'll really enjoy. Don't just lump for a boring workplace.
If you impress them you could well end up getting a job there when you leave school/college.
