Keep yourself in good shape... In the sense... Maintain the size of your part wherever you have the tattoo on... It should stay good for a long time....

Put lotion on the skin to keep it nice and moist. Dont over do it but make sure not to wear any tight constricting cloths on the tattooed areas.
