It could be that she is just dehydrated. It could be there is stuff left in her and she is in pain. I would definately have her checked by vet. Also with that many puppies it may help when they re bigger to separate them. 4 here 4 there so all 8 arent on her at once. Only if she shows ditress over this. I had a dog one time had 1 pup. Took her to vet and 2 were still in her dead. It can make her very sick and even kkill her. Just make sure she has her own time away from pups. She is cleaning them constantly and can make her sick.
