    I combine foods. I read at Project Weight Loss why it`s not enough to offer the body the necessary products; it`s more important that the body assimilates the nutrients. The first thing we think about when we eat should be how good that product or food combination is for us.

      I've never met a vegetable I didn't like, whole wheat bread, rice,all fruits,chicken breast,beans,lots of water,pasta

        Really anything! Lol. Um i really like anything with tomatoes, oh i love a roast dinner :)
