Does Anyone Have A Good, Simple Recipe For Pork Chops?

Answer Question

It's been a few years since I made pork chops, but the way I used to make them for my ex was I would coat them with this bread coating (similar to Shake 'n Bake but the generic brand) that says it's for pork in the label. I would put a thin layer of those bread crumbs in a cake pan, place the chops on this 'bed' of crumbs, sprinkle some Italian seasoning on them, then sprinkle more crumbs on top. I'd bake them in a toaster oven at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes, flip them over, then continue baking for another 10 -15 minutes. Let them rest for a little bit before serving, so juice doesn't squirt out when you start eating it. When I made them, they were so tender, I didn't need a knife; I just dug in with a fork. Hope this helps!
