Treat her like you would any friend until you are more comfortable and relaxed with her. At some point in there you will be able to tell her, but she probably knows already.

Start off with saying :  I think you are REALLY nice.  That way shows the girl you are interested but the worse she can say is that she doesnt think you are.  If she is interested in you she will respond in a similar manner.  Then you could invite her to go for a coffee, coke.  Dont rush into things.  A good relationship takes time to build if it is to last.

I know what your going through you want to tell her but are scared. Trust me I have the same feeling I really like this one guy but i sort of screwed up and gave him to many hints. I never told him though but everyone found out!
