Is There a Update Input Jack For My A75-S209 Toshiba, The Jack Is Not Loose But Does Not Transfer Power To The Mother Board. The Power Goes Through The Jack To The Mother Board But No Further.

It sounds like you've got a dry joint on the motherboard itself.
The Satellite A75 is still a current model - is it still under warranty? If so I would strongly suggest taking it back to your retailer, or contact the Toshiba Repair Center direct.
If it's out of warranty you'll have great trouble locating the point on the motherboard where the connection goes bad, and just as much trouble fixing it without damaging the board. I would leave this repair to a reputable computer service center.
