Since PIN 2 is handset dependent feature, you can't get it from any unlocker either offline or online.
You can try calling your cellular operator's helpline or visit their customer service center. Usually Pin 2 is provided free of charge by your operator. They might ask some confirmations like Your National Identity Number, Your Address which you provided at time of registration etc. Some operators might also charge for PIN 2 depending on your country and operator name.
