What Are My Rights Regarding Being A Tenant And Having To Contend With Loud Stereos And Visitors Even After Midnight, Partying And Running Up And Down The Stairs? I Have Complained Many Times, But My Lease Isnt Up Until Feb 2008.

Have you told your landlord...if so, he is suppose to take care of the situation..if he fails to comply, you have the right to call the police and file a report..or if worse comes to worse, you should be legally able to break your lease and move elsewhere.

Compain to landlord, if nothing is done file a police complaint, also contact the landlord/ tenant affairs office and file a formal complaint against the landlord/management company, finally file a complaint with the local or state Better Business Bureau against the management company/landlord. Check with an attorney about legally breaking the present lease.

Call the police every time it happens - the police will get tired to coming to the same location and will talk to the landlord to make sure it doesn't keep happening.
