    There is not an MD at Microsoft however these letters are part of the name for a relatively new technology by Microsoft to assist with the Studio.NET technology. The ADO.NET and the  ADOMD.NET were designed before the .NET Framework technology.

    The ADOMD package is ready for download at this site: msdn2.microsoft.com and support file 11951 is available also. This application is to provide support for improvement in studio.NET

    No future enhancement technology is planned to be realeased at this time, however Microsoft intends to provide assistance in cases where ADO And ADO MD are used in unmanaged applications. For example the Microsoft Visual 6.0, MIcrosoft Visual C ++, and Microsoft ASP.

    This is information is of normal use only to those trained in Computer technology.
