    Food is the fuel of our body. Our systems cannot run or will run at a lower speed if they are not provided with adequate supply of food. Breakfast is considered as the most important meal of the day. Doctors and nutritionist stress on the intake of breakfast for people of all ages.


    Breakfast is important to give people a fresh and healthy start. Research has proven that children who have their breakfast are able to do better in school than the children who do not have their breakfast. Our systems are low on fuel after we wake up in the morning. This is because all the food that we take at night gets digested while we are sleeping. So in the morning our stomachs are empty. The brain and body are running low on fuel and their performance, thus, is not maximum.
