I need a letter for my church for homecoming.   We are asking each member to pay $100.00.

Hi,First of all my name is Bekele Zeriun and one of the group leadership member of the church community in Ethiopia.We have a new small church in our Community but now we want to make little bit big and more activities in the church.Since we have a shortage of money,we asked DONATION to several organsization.And we get one organisation to help us and make an oral agreement but they asked us,what we need by written letter.So,they told us these questioners letter.
(1)Brief letter the justification or reason for financial support.
(2)Description of the activities St.Mariam Orthodox church in details.
(3)Description of children's,young and adults programs that related with Bible study and religion music (choir) etc.,
So our church is Orthodox church related to these, We need help.
