The eggs that have turned white are not going to hatch. They could develop fungus and ruin the rest of your eggs. The transparent eggs are still good, but only if they have been fertilized by a male parrot. Otherwise they will also "go bad". Since you have parrot fish, I'm sure you have studied the breed and know they are considered hybrids. I do not know the success rate of breeding hybrid fish, but you can get more help from www.wetwebmedia.com  Good luck on your future fry! (baby fish)
