If you have a 30 year fixed mortgage at 5.75% you are in a very good situation. The only reason to refinance would be if you are getting a lower rate. Keep in mind the closing costs before you refinance. If the savings from the new rate do not cover these up, you are better off with the current loan, which by the way is very good!
