    The telephone directory is always issued by the telephone company. Just to provide the details of their customers. Telephone directory is issued under the Government institutes, they always check the issuance and the merit of the telephone directory just to check that it is acceptable or is there any material which is not relevant.

    After checking these necessities the institutes of the government allow the telephone company to issue the telephone directory. All the arrangements of the issuance of the telephone directory are by the telephone company. They have to check the correctness and all other things in the printing and the quality of the paper. After that they issue the telephone directory books to their customers free of cost, as someone apply for new telephone number they give him a telephone directory just to check the numbers of all other customers and the very important numbers of the city.

    Other than some private individuals also issue the telephone directory on the behalf of the telephone company, the private individuals issue the telephone directory with their monograms and logos just to advertise their company's products. They send the free telephone directories to the main stores and other public places where people also come and get the free directories.
