My Husband Has Been...
Trying to gain my trust back by calling telling and showing me what and where he is or doing I still don't trust I'm all that much but how do I show or tell him I appreciate it/

Explain to him that trust is something that is built and when it is broken, it takes longer to rebuild. You want to trust him and the efforts are working but it is going to take more rebuilding for the trust to be strong again.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having conflicts.
We went through spells of lack of trust with our daughter a few years ago and it was tough, but I can't imagine how hard it would be with your husband.
I know that sometimes no matter what they do, it doesn't seem to reassure us, but we have to appreciate that they are trying so hard to earn our trust back.
I found with our daughter that just saying thank you or giving her a hug was good enough ... Sometimes. There were other times that, honestly, I didn't even want to look at her because I was so angry. But we slowly worked through it. And we all lived. Imagine that!!
Trust is a tricky thing. When you have it, it's wonderful, but when you lose it, it's REALLY tough to get back.
Just keep loving him, say thank you, give hugs, and relax. It will happen very slowly, but it will happen.
