There isnt really a certain age as long as you have a parent/guardian to sign for you if you are under age. To get it done legally without a parents consent you must be 18, so any younger you need a parents signature. I got mine done at the end of 7th grade, while my older sister waited untill she turned 16.

I think you should be at least 16. If your under 16 I think its just plain tacky..but thats my opinion

My niece is 16 years old and has a belly pierce. Her mother was not too happy about that. My other niece is 18 and also has one. Personally, if I were you, I would wait until you are 18. You might change your mind, but you never know. Hope this helps.

It depends on where you live. Some places are 16 and some places are 18. Just make sure you go and have it done professionally because if you try to do it yourself, more than likely it will get infected and you will end up having to take it out. If you get it pierced however, make sure you clean it 3 times a day with antibacterial soap and water, and clean with peroxide or the piercing solution they give you at a piercing place.
