How Do I Obtain A Basic Business Account With Adverse Credit Without Paying A Fee?
I'm finding it difficult to find a basic bank account, with adverse credit I would just get refused at a high street Bank. I've found sites on the Internet that charge a fee for opening one so it must be possible, however, I will not pay a fee!

I am not aware of any right off hand. I would start with your local banks in your area. Try calling them and ask them. Most banks have a toll free number you can call after hours and reps can answer your questions. Good luck. Phone calls are a lot cheaper then gas is right now, and saves more time.
