Normally CNA classes are not free; however you could always go to your local employment agency that hires in the healthcare field and start-out as a training CNA and/or Nurse Aide; and usually the agencies would pay your fees associated with training as long as you continue to work for them and allow them to place you in a position once you received your CNA certification.
