What Can I Do If I Have A Concern Or Complaint About British Airways?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

If you have flown on a British Airways flight and have a complaint, or concern regarding one of their services, your best option is to click on the "Customer Relations" section of www.ba.com, and go to an interactive form, listed under the heading: "Tell us about a problem." When you complete the form, be sure to click on the 'response required' button. You must also include your flight number and the date of your trip, as well as a postal and e-mail address and phone number. It usually takes at least 48 hours for you to receive a response from customer service.

If you would prefer to speak with someone directly, you can also call the BA Customer Relations department in the UK at the following number: 0870 850 9 850.

If you find that BA staff are not helpful in resolving your complaint, or concern, you might want to consider posting a critical review of your experience with this airline at www.airlinequality.com. You will be required to include your real name when submitting the review to this site. Airlines do care about what customers are saying about them on the internet, and posting a complaint might be a good way to get them to tend to a problem with the service they offer.
