This is something you need to discuss with her not us.  We don't know who she is or how she feels.  Are you going out with her or not?  If you are you should be spending time with her even if you don't live to close to each other you should also be talking to her, like on the phone etc.  Ask her how she feels?  Tell her you are ok with it if she just wants to be friends yet you do care for her?  Don't back her up into a corner, she may tell you she feels one way but not really feel that way.  So let her know that is ok if she just wants to be friends.  And if she don't and she wants more that is great for you.  Then you know how she feels for sure.  Even if you are madly in love with her.  You don't want to become obsessive that will only chase her away.  And you don't want to ruin your friendship.  Good luck.  Try talking to her about this.
