    The traditional Chinese food is divided according to eight main regional cuisines. Which include Anhui, Cantonese, Fujian, Hunan, Jiangsu, Shandog, Sichuan and Zhejiang.  Some of the popular traditional dishes includes Jai, which is made from roots of vegetables. Nian Gao is also a famous traditional dish which is basically a sweet and sticky rice pudding. Then there is Zong Zi and Man Tou. Jiaozi is also a traditional dish. Fa gao is a kind of traditional Chinese cake. Apart from these Pomelo salads, Imperial chicken, General Tso's Chicken and Hunan Beef is also a served in traditional dishes.

      hey,
      actually I dun like Chinese food much..
      Zong Zi - a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo or reed leaves - is no exception. It is meant to honor Qu Yuan (340-278 BC.), the pioneer poet of ancient China.
