Why Am I Getting This Message From Blurtit When I Try To Upload A Jpeg Photo?
I want to upload some recent photos and when I attempt to, BlurtIt tells me in red that I have to use jpg or png format. All my pictures are in that format so why won't it let me upload it?

If you are certain they are in .jpg format, then this is clearly a glitch in Blurtit system. In that case, you must contact blurtit directly.
However, some pictures when saved from emails or other sites are not .jpg but rather .gif or .tif/TIFF files, and do not automatically convert to .jpg when saved. Perhaps you have already known this, and have done so, but you can right click on the photo and go to "properties" to verify the file extension and file type. I hope this will help you.

I don't exactly know knutters. But I can tell you this. Your avatar size must be 2MB or smaller your uploaded pictures must be 800 by 600 and of course, fit the format. If you are still having a problem than this is beyond my knowledge. A moderater could give you sufficient advice.

knutters, the jpg. Format picture you uploaded should be less than 2M. Is it too large? If so, please try to make it a little bit smaller. Hope this helps.

yep, properties verifies that they are the correct format but still comes up with the same answer, go to my home and look as the last two uploaded and now i get that stupid message.
