I don't think so. Firstly, they are protected and I doubt the Aussies will be happy to give you one. Secondly, they need to eat lots of eucalyptus leaves which you may not have. Thirdly, they spend most of their lives sleeping on the trees and rarely come down. Lastly: They may look cuddly, but they have long, sharp claws for holding onto the trees so you wouldn't want to fool with them. BTW, koalas are not bears.
