I am looking for the location of a phone that is continually calling me. I was able to locate the latitude and longitude but no address was available. I also called information but there was no information available.

Only suggestion I have is look at a world map with latitude and longitude on it. You can pinpoint the country/area that way. Don't think you can get address that way tho. I find it hard to believe that no info was given on the number you gave to information? Wow....that's strange.
