What's Wrong With My Canary?

His feathers have came out on top of head and on neck and is now moving down back and wings. Skin is dark and red he has been in a molt for about 6 weeks and will not sing but swings and jumps around doesn't appear sick and is eating and drinking does anyone know what this is and how I could treat it I am giving him moulting food and sprayed him for the last 2 days with bird bath spray with molt ease. Please help he is very loved.
