You can go to www.philatelist.com. This is a site for stamp collectors and dealers.

You can visit your local post office and ask for their latest catalogue of stamps released. Ask also if there is a local stamp club in your area. Usually if there is a local club then dealers are usually members and can be very helpful. Be careful about doing business with the stamp companies because sometimes they overprice stamps if you try to purchase from them.
