Where Is The Pilot Lite Adjustment Screw Located On A Natural Gas Boiler?

The flame is to high,and discolored. And i want to adjust the flame.

    On the gas valve you'll see a slotted screw near the pilot tube. Unscrew that and there will be another adjustment screw inside. Make sure the flame envelopes the thermocouple at least 3/8 or it will not provide enough heat for the thermocouple to convert to dc voltage and could cause nuisance outages. Pilot flames just don't get longer. There is a reason. Dirty pilot hood, bad gas valve, gas pressure etc. Is this a new boiler? Natural gas flames should be more yellow than blue(not orange)
