Today the market is very customer oriented. Unlike the previous trend when the companies make their objectives on the annual basis or in the long run, today companies are required to be more efficient and dynamic with regard to their objectives. The competition is very intense and if the company does not keep on analyzing its objective then it is difficult to survive in the tough competition and the economic viability of the company is affected. Suppose, there is a company A which has started with the objective to get a string brand position in travel. Now if all of the rivals of the company start moving towards the use of the e commerce and the m-commerce technology and the company A always aimed to be a Brick and mortar company then its business would be severely affected.
