Why Does My Apartment Stay Cool Inside On A Warm Day, But At Night As The Temperature Falls Outside The Room Becomes Hot?

This question is very interesting. It comes in our mind that at hot timing our room should be warm and at the cold timing means at night our room will be cold. But actually there is opposite of it.

When at the day timing the sunlight constantly puts on your apartment, it means at day time there is so much exposure of your apartment to the sunlight. That heats up the walls and roof of your apartment. And as the time of night came gradually the heat that was absorbed in the walls and roof of your apartment starts penetrating into your room, and quite at the night timing your room is warm and hot.

But on the contrary, at the night time moon light razes cold the roof and walls of your apartment and so your apartment walls absorb its coldness in it that remains for a long time because whole night apartment was absorbing coldness. As the day start and sunlight appear, the coldness which was in your apartment wall starts penetrating into the room and keeps your apartment cold for so much time. But as the sunlight came it starts heating up the room. So it is the reason why your apartment is hot at night and cold at day times.
