I lived there for a few years (in Albufeira) (gorgeous place, you will have a GREAT time!!) my experience of April is that its the rainy month (sorry!!) the weather is still 'warm' but it always seemed to flipping rain!! It will be lovely though, and 'cos its quieter before the season kicks in, the locals will treat extra nice.. Enjoy and have fun (and if you are in the old town, a gorgeous restaurant to go to is 'Augustos' off the main square where the bus station is (or always used to be!!) xxxx (chicken piri piri is the nicest in town!!) Your looking around Half sunny, half rainy. 15-25ยบ C.
