You do not really need plans, just have handy a hammer, nails and some wood. Take the wood and nail it together looking like a square, then do another one and join it together, then put some legs on it, once that is done then you have to put a roof on, so take a piece of wood the same size as the 2 blocks you made and screw it on and then put a latch on it.
Make sure that you put a little bit of straw on the bottom of the wood.
