      data is unprocessed instructions (in non-chronological order)and if it is processed (put in chronological order)will become your information
      .e.g. If you had a sum:
                                                 123+123(this is your data)=246(this is now your information)

        Data are raw facts that constitutes building block of constitutions. Data are part of database. Data are representation of facts, concepts or instructions in a formalized matter suitable for communication.
        Information is organized data which is given some meaning and usefulness for decision making.

          Data is unprocessed instructions that once processed becomes information, data means raw facts and figures that do noy have meaning as it has not been processed. Whilst information is data organised in a meaningfull way.
