Do You Like Beets At All?
I like them once in a great while, but not something I love to cook with.

try them with vinegar and olive oil..
they are great with the vinager but my stomach can't handle the oil!!!! but i will take your word that it is good that way too!!!!!
Boil eggs, peel them and place them in a jar with beet juice & let the eggs sit for at least 2 days. Yummy! Pickled eggs♥

My husband makes them, and he throws the beets in there too, along with other seasonings.
pretty sure i have had them that way nas and tiggers ! they are ok pickled (beets) and the eggs too :)
I can only tolerate them about once a year really.
I might eat them once a year, maybe two years.
MY SON, WHO HATED MOST VEGETABLES, LOVED PICKLED BEETS.THOSE AND PUMPKIN PIE, COUNTED AS VEGETABLES AT OUR TABLE.
I LOVE BEETS, ESPECIALLY FRESH WITH THE SKINS STILL ON. i JUST EAT THEM WITH A LITTLE BUTTER ON THEM. I WAS THE KID IN THE FAMILY WHO LOVED VEGETABLES. SPINACH WAS MY FAVE. WHEN THE PARENTS WERE NOT LOOKING THEY WOULD SCRAPE THEIR VEGETABLES ONTO MY PLATE, YUMMY!
