Pizza dough can be stored for future use very easily. First of all flatten the dough you want to store. Then Pack it in a plastic wrap and then with an aluminium foil. You can then place it in a freezer. This way it can be stored for a few days. However, its best that you keep it for 1-2 days as after that the yeast in the dough starts fermenting.

Flatten the dough to the size desired, fold paraffin paper over the dough, place into a quality freezer bag, remove all extra air from the bag, can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days, or in the freezer for about 2 weeks, any longer, then the yeasts may break down. Hope this helps.
