Well you actually can't get lice from a swimming pool that contains chlorine as the lice clings to the persons hair however you can catch lice from someone if you where next to a person that has lice about 1/2 a feet or even where there clothes. Also people with long hair have a higher chance in getting lice. How this helps.=]
