You could still be pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are not that accurate early in pregnancy. It might be too soon to show up. You should see your Dr. And have a blood test or ultrasound done to see if you are pregnant. Both are much more accurate.

I got my period for two days and then it went away I took a pregnancy that night and it was negative then I took one the next morning and still negative I went to the hospital that night and they gave me one and still negative can I still be pregnant and its still to early to tell?
