    Our Surname Is Misspelled On Our Marriage Certificate,is It Still Legal?

    It is in national press this weekend where a surname was misspelled so it's not a legal document,when checking mine I am very worried about my husband's surname not spelled correctly.

    Yes, it is legal. Marriage is not only a certificate, but it is a relation of spirits and you both are spiritually one. Just go and change your sir name from the authority.
