What Are My Tenants Rights About Replacing Vertical Blinds?
I am a tenant who is moving out, and I would like to know if my landlord can deduct the price of missing vertical blinds from my security deposit, as we have lived here more than 3 years. (I feel it is normal wear and tear.)

That depends on your relation with the landlord and the agreement relating to the wear and tear. But normally the landlords do not consider such minute problems.
