Stomach ulcers are very serious and painful.  I have had them.  They can lead to stomach cancer and many other problems if left untreated.  If you have stomach ulcers chances are you probably have gastritis and maybe irritable bowel syndrome.  The doctor will usually put you on a medication for your stomach.  It can be expensive.  Such as prevacid or another medication.  Also, sometimes surgery is needed to be done in some instances.  You need to try and stay away from sour and bitter foods, acidy foods, pop, sugars, etc.  Things that will irritate your stomach.  It will just make matters worse.  Once you have a stomach ulcer chances are you will have more stomach issues down the road.  You also should limit your stress and try to relax.  Stress does not help either.  Take care.

Depends on how bad they are. Most small ulcers can be treated by changing your diet and looking after yourself. When they get bigger you'll probably have to be put on daily meds to treat the ulcer and the pain associated with them. The body's amazing though, if you treat it well, it can heal anything! (except HIV/AIDS)
