How Does Having No Gall Bladder Affect Someone When They Drink Alcohol?

I had my gall bladder removed a few years ago and have found that my tolerance to alcohol has changed, is this related or simply because I am getting older?

Drinking alcohol after a cholecystectomy should not have a negative effect on most people. However, some individuals experience loose stools after their gallbladders are removed, possibly due to the constant flow of bile into the intestine. Alcohol can also lead to diarrhea, drinking may compound the problem of cholecystectomy-related diarrhea in certain people regardless of your age difference.
